• Private Food Truck Events - Starting at $300.00 booking fee.
Serving rate per person of $20-27 (per person) will be calculated at the time of consultation.
• Peak Season- APRIL – OCTOBER. BOOKING FEE MAY VARY.
• School/Church/Non-Profit - Starting at $500 booking fee. Must show tax exempt form to remove any taxes: nonprofits must show proof of 501c3 at the time of booking.
ADDITIONAL FEES
• 15% service charge added to all event types.
• Food Truck Sales Minimum may apply for all Food Truck Vending Events
• An additional overage Deposit of $400 is due at the time of booking. This fee ensures any overage cost (extra meals, inventory, condiments etc..) If your event does not have any overages this fee will be refunded back to you within 3-5 business days.
• An extra fee is due for last minute booking dates (anything less than 2 weeks before)
• Sunday-Monday Truck Days off Fee - $200.00 added to standard booking fee
• Thursday-Saturday Booking Fee- $150.00 added to Standard booking fee
• Out of State Travel Fee- Contact us for more information.
• In-State (Outside the Perimeter; more than two hours or more of driving time) $300.00
• All invoices are to paid at the time they are received, or if agreed upon otherwise. If not there will be a $5 a day late fee.
• Food Truck Booking Change Fee - Date changes will result in a $100-$200 fee depending upon what day the event has been changed to, and pending that no other event is booked that day.
• Additional Staff Members - $50 per staff member (Standard 2-3-person truck staff; if client would like to add more staff members for faster service price is $100.00 each)
